I have been working in Yetico for many years. For last few years I have held a manager position. What is it like to manage such a dynamic company? Tight deadlines, lots of documents, quick decisions, difficult conversations. But we often slow down to summarize our actions, to confront our goals with the current state of company development. We always have to make decisions if current direction is the right direction for the company to aim.
Who are we?
The Company that has ideas and the courage to pursue them. The Company that likes challenges and is looking forward to meet them. The Company which knows that client expects highest standards. To meet these standards, we have to expect more and more from ourselves.
Thanks to such approach we have created unique products, such as LEPSZY. Thanks to such approach we do not become "one of many"- standard company. Finally, such approach mobilizes us to be self critical and forces us to perform continuous quality verification. This is the only way we can achieve our goal: customer satisfaction. |
